When we say “Apartment Homes” here at Hahn Triplexes, that isn’t just wordplay, and this isn’t your average apartment community; our townhomes and flats are some of the largest in the area, and each of our apartment homes comes with a standard 2-car garage so your vehicles are protected from the elements or prying eyes. Our neighborhood is truly residential, so there’s no big signs or complex navigation – just you, and your home at Hahn.
We know that home is where the heart is, but if you’re anything like us, our hearts are fullest when our stomachs are too! Our kitchens come standard with a refrigerator, oven & range, and dishwasher, so you can spend more time on the fun parts of cooking and less on clean-up.
Picture this: you’ve just prepped your favorite meal and you’re about to start cooking, when disaster strikes – you forgot one ingredient! Not just any ingredient, but the one that the dish simply can’t do without (perhaps nachos without chips, or chicken wings without ranch). Now picture living in your huge 2-bedroom townhome or 3-bedroom apartment home in Hahn Triplexes, where you can take a backstreet less than 1 city block to Trader Joes and return before the commercial break is over. Now picture getting sidetracked and deciding on Sizzler, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, Chili’s, or Buffalo Wild Wings instead, because you didn’t really feel like cooking anyways and they’re in view of the front door to Trader Joes. Tucked in a quiet, residential neighborhood but immediately (and we mean immediately) accessible to dozens of bars and restaurants, Hahn Triplexes is the kind of home you’ll always look back on fondly, unless you never leave and then you won’t need to! You can take Highway 99 to Downtown Modesto, connect the 219 to the 108 up to Riverbank, or kick it on down to the 132 on your way to the interstates to get to the Bay, and that’s all if you’re not entertained enough to just keep it close to home. Heck – saving rideshare cash alone is enough to cover that extra play card at Dave & Busters, so skip the commute and settle in!

Looking for a place where you and your furry companion can thrive? Hahn Triplexes is the perfect spot. We're pet-friendly and ready to welcome your four-legged family member. <br> We permit a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment. Dogs and cats must weigh 75 pounds or less. <br> We want your pet to feel welcome and appreciated, so there is no additional pet fee required at our community. A monthly 'pet privilege fee' of $35 is required per pet. It's a small fee for the privilege of having a loyal, loving companion, whose endless entertainment provides continuous fun. <br> Pets are required to complete a pet application and acceptance process. Please contact the leasing center for details. <br> Service animals are welcome. Please contact the Community Manager to request information on a service animal’s acceptance process. <br> Breed restrictions apply. We do not accept: Afghan Hound, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Australian Shepherd, Basenji, Bloodhound, Bull Mastiff, Bulldog, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, Elkhound, Fila Brasilerio, Foxhound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Husky, Malamute, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, or a Saluki breed. <br> Exotic and poisonous pets are not allowed. We understand the allure of exotic animals, but we prefer to keep our furry (and non-furry) friends predictable and cuddly.
